For selected billers, there is direct integration to the biller where we can display bill account information and due date. For those who don’t have bill information, they can make direct payments according to their physical bills. Who can access & perform bill payments? Why can’t I pay the same bill multiple times? There is a limit to the number of times each biller accepts payments in the same month, and it may vary from biller to biller. There will be a message in the app if the limit is reached. Why is there MIN and MAX amount? Each biller has pre-set a minimum and maximum amount that they accept for each bill payment per month for security and accounting purposes. If a merchant limit is reached, there will be a message in the app. What happens if my payments are successful, but my bill is not updated? Please allow 1-3 days for the bill payment to be reflected. Depending on the biller, you will be able to see the lead time under 'More Information' during Confirm Amount. What happens if my payments are successful, but it’s still not reflected after the SLA lead time? Please email directly to business@myboost.com.my for escalation to the biller. Why am I forced to save an outlet after I complete my payment for the first time? This is a feature to improve your user experience so that the next time, there will be a shortcut for you to pay the bill under “Favourites”. Request for refund For a manual refund, please write to business@myboost.com.my and provide your reasons for the refund. We will then pass it on to the respective biller to evaluate the refund request, and if the request is successful, a refund will be credited to your merchant wallet or bank account. Boost Biz does not impose any service charge for using the Bill Payment Service (BPT). However, for some billers, there may be a service charge included being paid to the biller.
