Setting Up Payment Link

1. Is there a minimum or maximum transaction limit requirement?

Minimum of RM1 and can go up to maximum of RM10,000 per transaction.

2. Will the total transaction amount be updated automatically when I add the product?

Yes, the total transaction amount will be updated automatically according to the product price, quantity and delivery charges (if any) entered by the merchant within the 'Add Product' page. If you have more than 1 product, the amount will be accumulated accordingly.

3. How many products can I add to a payment link?

You can combine up to 20 products in 1 payment link.

4. Can I still generate a payment link without adding any products?

Yes, this is an optional feature.

5. What are the image requirements?

The image file size should not exceed 5MB and the formats allowed are JPG, JPEG & PNG.

6. How many pictures can I upload for a specific product?

You can upload up to 10 images.

7. Can I set an expiry date to my payment link?

Yes, you may choose to set which expiry limit is suitable for your customer to make payment for the specific order created.

8. How can I add delivery fee charges to a product/service?

Click on 'Add Product'. You may enter the delivery fees under the 'Delivery Charges' field on the product details page.

9. What is the maximum quantity that I can add in an order?

The maximum quantity allowed to enter is 1000 per order.

           • Yes, you can share the generated link to any platform and start collecting payments from an individual or multiple users.
        2. Can I share the payment link to any platform?
           
           • Yes, you may share the payment link to any social media or digital platform of your preference.
             
        3. How do I embed a payment link button on my website/email/e-invoice?
           

           • You may add a payment link using an embeddable button to make it easy for your customer to make a payment.
             After you have created the payment link, an order will be generated. Please go to 'Orders', click on the order you just created under 'Pending' Status and you will find the embed Button unique to the order. Just copy and paste it into your website/email/e-invoice—you don’t need to write any custom code.
