Order Page: Understanding Order update Tanita Ridzuan Follow 1.How does the Order Update feature function? The order page allows you to:1. Track the payment status of each generated payment link for your customers.2. Send an update to your customers after they have made the payment. Your customer will receive the updates in their email. 2. Where can I access this feature? Go to 'Do more' or 'Wallet' Page, you may track your orders from the 'Orders' tile. Link Management What does Link Management section do? You can track your generated payment links and access link details, including options to copy/share the link or embed the payment button into your email, website, or invoice. Pending Status What does the 'Pending' status mean? There are several scenarios why an order is under pending status.1. Order is still pending payment from the customer (No action done by customer)2. Payment has been received from the customer but it is still in processing.3. Customer did not complete the payment. How long will my Pending orders be in this section if no payment is done by my customer? If there is no payment received for a specific order, the order will remain in the designated section until it expires. Receive What does the 'Received' status mean? It indicates that payment has been successfully received from the customer. How does the 'Complete Order' button work? This feature allows you to inform customers about updates regarding their orders. For instance, when you have fulfilled the specific customer's order (e.g., delivery completed), you can click the button to update the order as 'completed' and send notifications (eg. tracking number) through the app to your customers. What happens if I forget to click the 'Complete Order' button? If the Complete Order button is not clicked, the order will automatically be updated as Completed after 14 days. Completed What does the 'Completed' status mean? It means you have already completed the order's fulfilment. Is there a limit on the number of times I can send updates to my customers? There is no limit on sending updates to your customers through the Update Customer section. Failed What does the 'Failed' status indicate? It means your customer's payment attempt has failed.
