1.  How can I activate my card payment feature?

Merchant needs to login and click Enable Now to activate the feature.

2. Is there any charges when I activate this feature?

No charges to activate the feature.

3. What are the documents needed if I want to apply for card/e-wallet acceptance?

4. How long does it take for the card application to be approved?

5. What's the eligibility to apply for card acceptance?

1) MUST be a Boost merchant
2) An SSM registered merchant or possess trading license from local council
3) Bank account is registered with the same name as the business name

6. After registration is complete, what is the next step?

Merchant needs to wait for official email from Boost and the card acquirer. Once received, merchant is now able to accept card payment.

7. How can I terminate this service?

Merchant needs to email to merchant support for the said request.

8. Is there any charges if I terminate the service?

No termination charges.

9. Who can sign up for e-wallet & credit/debit card?

DuitNow Online Banking & e-Wallet - Direct merchants & Individual merchants
