You can view your charges by accessing the Transactions > Transactions History section or by downloading the settlement report. For card usage, you may login to the card acquirer portal to view the charges. 2. Are there any transaction charges or MDR rates charged for using this feature? Yes, you may refer to the pricing table here Please note that you will only be charged for successful customer transactions. 3. How will I receive my settlements for all my transactions? For Online Banking payments- If you choose for the instant wallet settlement, the amount will be instantly settled to your merchant wallet. If you opt for non-instant settlement, it will be settled to your bank account on the next transaction working day (T+1)For credit & debit cards and e-wallet payments - Gkash will settle the amount to you on the second transaction working day (T+2). 4. How is the settlement being done if I have payments via different methods from customers? Online banking - If merchant opt for instant wallet, settle to wallet. If opt for non-instant, settle to bank accountCard Payments - Gkash to merchante-Wallet - Gkash to merchant 5. Where can I view the daily settlement report? For cards & e-wallet payments, Your daily settlement report is available on the Gkash portal for terminal and e-commerce. Gkash also sends you revised settlement report daily if any.
