Where can I view or download settlement reports? You can access the settlement reports through the GKash merchant portal. Once your application is approved, you will receive an account and login credentials.Additionally, GKash will send you revised settlement reports daily if applicable. Please check your inbox, including your junk or spam folder. 3. How can I cancel or void a transaction? You can cancel or void a transaction through the GKash merchant portal. However, this can only be done before the settlement processing time, which is before 11:45 PM. 4. How can I process a refund for a customer? To request a refund for a customer, please contact Gkash support via email at email@example.com. 5. When will I receive my payment? The settlement period for payments is T+2 working days. 6. How will I receive the refund for over/undercharged or chargeback cases? Refunds for over/undercharged amounts will be automatically deducted or charged from your settlement funds.
