There is a hardware warranty for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover physical damages arising from: Moisture or liquid penetration; Wear-and-tear, damages arising from fall, misuse of device, etc.; Unauthorized intervention such as repair or modification performed by an unauthorized party. 18. What happens if I miss the yearly payment? We will notify the merchant via email and attempt the complete deduction of payment up to 14 days. Suspend will occur after 14 days of payment attempt. 19.
