What is included in the delivery package? - Soundbox device x 1 unit- Soundbox USB Charging Cable x 1 unit- Soundbox User Guide- SIM Card x 1 unit (if you ordered the Soundbox with a SIM Card) To start using the Soundbox for the first time, please refer to the User Guide to set up your device. Please continue to use your existing Boost DNQR display. 2. When will I receive the Soundbox package? The Soundbox will be delivered to your assigned address via courier service. Please expect the delivery to take up to 14 working days. 3. What language options are available on the Soundbox?The Soundbox currently supports English and Bahasa Malaysia language. 4. How do I change the language on the Soundbox? Please refer to the User Guide 5. What is the battery life of the Soundbox?The Soundbox is equipped with a 2000mAh that typically lasts up to 72 hours. 6. Does the Soundbox announce failed or pending transactions?No, the Soundbox only announces successful transactions. 7. Does the Soundbox require internet connection? Yes, internet connection is required. Please connect the Soundbox to the internet via: Wi-Fi; or Mobile network data (with a SIM Card) Please refer to the Soundbox user guide provided on how to connect your Soundbox to the internet. 8. Can I replay the last transaction notification?Yes, you can. Just press the “M” button. 9. Can I use my own SIM card in the Soundbox? Yes you can. However, for optimal connectivity and security, we recommend using the SIM card package provided. 10. How do I turn off the Soundbox?To turn off the Soundbox, press and hold the power button. 11. Can I switch between SIM and Wi-Fi networks?Yes, you can switch between SIM and Wi-Fi networks as needed. 12. How do I adjust the volume on the Soundbox?The Soundbox comes with two volume buttons 13. Can I use the Soundbox for other DuitNow QR service providers? No, you can’t. This Soundbox is only compatible with Boost DNQR. 14. What is the warranty coverage? There is a hardware warranty for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover physical damages arising from: Moisture or liquid penetration; Wear-and-tear, damages arising from fall, misuse of device, etc.; Unauthorized intervention such as repair or modification performed by an unauthorized party. 15. Who do I contact when facing issues with my Soundbox?If you require further assistance with your Soundbox, please contact Alp Capital Customer Care. For each Soundbox Subscription Purchase, you will need to pay the yearly subscription fee and one-off setup fee upfront. Auto deduction will occur on the 12th month, for the 2nd year fee. After 2 years, a new term yearly fee for the Soundbox cloud service fee will be charged on the 12th month of the current term, before the new yearly term begins. The yearly fees will be charged by way of Auto Debit from merchant’s Boost settlement account. 17. Does the current subscription fee covers the e-invoice service? Can I use the e-invoice service immediately? We will only be launching the e-invoice service in Mar 2025. Current subscription fee does not include the e-invoice service. 18. Do I own the Soundbox device after the 2 years fee? Yes, the device becomes yours once you've completed the 2 years fees. However, please note that we will continue to collect RM96 per year for the SIM card if you subscribe to the Soundbox Set with a SIM Card, and the RM72 per year Soundbox Cloud Service Fee. 19. What happens if I miss the yearly payment? We will notify the merchant via email and attempt the complete deduction of payment up to 14 days. Suspend will occur after 14 days of payment attempt. 20. What to do if my Soundbox has been suspended? Please contact our merchant helpdesk for assistance. Please note that you need to clear the missed payment in order to reactivate your Soundbox Subscription. 21. Can I terminate the subscription before the subscription period is over? You can, but there will be no refund of the yearly subscription fees paid
