Go e-Commerce Partner Wallet User Campaign Lili Follow 1) Q: Does the Go e-Commerce Partner Wallet User Campaign start on 1st July? A: No, the Go e-Commerce Partner Wallet User Campaign will start on 12 July till 31 December 2021. 2) Q: I have signed up to participate in the Go-eCommerce Onboarding Campaign, will I automatically be included in the participating merchant list for the Go-eCommerce Partner Wallet User Campaign the following day? A: Once you are successfully signed up and onboarded, it will take five (5) working days for you to be uploaded into the participating merchant list which means your customers will only be able to enjoy the cashback after your details have been included in the campaign list. If the fifth day after the signup date of the merchant falls on a non-working day i.e Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday; the merchant’s info will be updated on the next working day. Example: Merchant A is onboarded on 5 July 2021 into the Go e-Commerce Onboarding Campaign. Merchant A will only be uploaded into the campaign merchant list by 9 July 2021. And Merchant A’s customers (Boost users) will be able to start earning cashback from 9 July onwards. 3) Q: My customer made a minimum purchase of RM20 but did not receive their RM3 cashback. Why is that? A: Please ensure that your customer made the payment with Boost by scanning the Boost QR, Boost DuitNow QR or Business Payment Link. Any payment made via other payment methods OR if your customer paid with Boost but scanned any other bank or e-wallet DuitNow QR, will not be eligible to receive the cashback. If your customer has scan and paid with Boost, do ask them to check for their cashback in the Go eCommerce Partner Wallet under MyRewards. If they still did not receive the cashback, it could be that the cashbacks have been fully redeemed. Please write to us at business@myboost.com.my for further checking. 4) Q: How does my customer utilize the cashback? A: Your customer may utilize the cashback at any participating merchant under the Go e-Commerce Partner Wallet User Campaign. There is no minimum spend to utilize the cashback, and it will be automatically deducted once payment is made. 5) Q: How many cashbacks can my customer receive? A: Each user is eligible to get up to 2 cashbacks per month and up to ten (10) cashbacks throughout the campaign period of the Go-eCommerce Partner Wallet User Campaign, on a first come, first served basis during campaign period or until fully redeemed, whichever comes first. 6) Q: Where can I find the Terms & Conditions for the Go-eCommerce Onboarding Campaign, Go-eCommerce Partner Wallet User Campaign and/or Go-eCommerce Merchant Incentive?
