Settlement is generally the term applied to the exchange of payment to the merchant and the report of settlement of a transaction between customer and merchant. It is automatically refreshed on a daily basis at 12AM. You can view your settlement by DAILY, WEEKLY and MONTHLY. There will also be a daily settlement report notification emailed to you. Why have I not received the daily settlement report notifications in my email? Your daily settlement report notifications will automatically be refreshed at 12AM on a daily basis. Please be sure to check your SPAM folder.If you still have not received your settlement report, please contact us via email at business@myboost.com.my or call at 03-2260 9494 and we will assist you. There will also be a daily settlement report notification emailed to you. Note: Your access privilege to Boost Business App must be MERCHANT OWNER or SUPERVISOR to view the settlement. Your settlement will include transactions of the day, weekly , monthly and also transactions that has been cancelled. If I do not have any transaction for the day, can I still view the settlement history? Yes, you will still be able to view the settlement history even though you do not have any transaction. There will also be a daily settlement report notification emailed to you. Boost Business App does not display the right transaction details. Who should I contact? If your Boost Business App does not display the right transaction details, please contact us via email at business@myboost.com.my or call at 03-2260 9494 and we will forward the issue to the respected team to assist you. I have not received my payment. What should I do next? I have not received my payment after 3 Working Days. What should I do next? If you have not received your payments kindly email us at business@myboost.com.my and we will assist you further. How will the payment be made? For settlement clearance, you may refer to below attachments for the timeframe for each merchant settlement banks. How long does it take for payments to be credited in my bank account? Are the consolidated reports available across all stores? The consolidated reports will be available across all of your stores however it will not be sent to individual outlets. The settlement emails will be given to the account user's email.
